Thanks to Forkfoot, who posted this in a Facebook group we're in:

If detachment looks how the mind expects, it isn't true detachment.
If surrender looks how the mind expects, it isn't true surrender.
If love looks like the mind expects, it isn't true love.
If enlightenment looks how the mind expects, it's an invention born of the mind.
